MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES — CLAUSE AND DECLARATION
Part 1 — the contract clause, buyer’s version
1. Status and declaration. The Supplier represents and warrants that the declaration given by it at Annexure [C] as to its status under the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act 2006 is true, complete and not misleading, and that the Udyam Registration Number stated in it is valid and subsisting. The Supplier shall notify the Customer in writing within 7 days of any change in that status, any change or cancellation of its Udyam registration, or any re-classification of its enterprise, and shall furnish a fresh declaration and a copy of the current Udyam Registration Certificate on the Customer’s request and in any event within 15 days of the end of each financial year.
