SCHEDULE 7
JOINT INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: OWNERSHIP, MANAGEMENT AND EXPLOITATION
[This Schedule applies only where clause 7.1 Option B has been adopted. It is drafted as “an agreement to the contrary” for the purposes of section 50 of the Patents Act 1970 and as the consent contemplated by section 50(3), given in advance and on stated terms.]
1. Shares. Joint Foreground is owned by the Parties in the shares [Alpha [50] per cent and Beta [50] per cent]. Those shares apply to ownership, to the cost of filing and maintenance, and to the division of Exploitation Revenue, unless otherwise agreed in writing for a particular item.
