It is not legally binding and creates no obligation on any party to make, accept or complete the proposed investment, except that paragraphs 20 (Exclusivity), 21 (Conduct of business), 22 (Confidentiality), 23 (Costs), 24 (Announcements) and 25 (Governing law and dispute resolution) are legally binding on and from the date of signature. Any obligation to invest will arise only on execution of the Definitive Documents.
