SCHEDULE [Schedule number] — INSURANCE
referred to in Clause [Clause of the Agreement referring to this Schedule] of the [Agreement] dated [Date of the Agreement]

1. Obligation. [The Contractor / the Supplier / the Lessee / the Service Provider] (the “Insuring Party”) shall, at its own cost, take out and maintain throughout the term of this Agreement and for the periods stated below, with an insurer registered with the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India and having a claim settlement record acceptable to [the Company], the insurances set out in the table below, on the terms there stated.
