DEL CREDERE UNDERTAKING
To be executed as a separate instrument alongside the agency agreement, and stamped under the guarantee or security bond article of the State schedule, not under Article 5(c). Clause numbering to be conformed.
THIS DEL CREDERE UNDERTAKING is given at [Place of signing this undertaking] on [Date of signing this undertaking] by [Name of the Agent], [Agent's constitution and address] (the “Agent”) in favour of [Name of the Principal], [Principal's constitution and address] (the “Principal”), in consideration of the Principal agreeing to pay the Agent del credere commission at the rate stated in clause 3 in addition to its ordinary commission under the Agency Agreement dated [Date of the Agency Agreement] between them (the “Agency Agreement”).
