9. COVENANTS AND UNDERTAKINGS
9.1 Compliance with law. Each Party shall at its own cost comply with all Applicable Laws in performing this Agreement, shall obtain and maintain every licence, registration and approval required for its performance, and shall promptly notify the other of any notice, inspection, search, summons or proceeding by a Governmental Authority which relates to this Agreement or which is reasonably likely to affect its ability to perform.
9.2 Records and information. The Supplier shall maintain complete and accurate books, records, timesheets, registers and supporting documents relating to the Services and the Charges, in accordance with Applicable Law and with sound accounting practice, for not less than [eight] years after the end of the financial year to which they relate, and shall make them available for audit under clause [21.9].
