COMPLIANCE CLAUSES
1. Anti-bribery and anti-corruption. Each Party shall, and shall procure that its directors, officers, employees, agents, subcontractors and any other person performing services for it in connection with this Agreement shall:
(a) comply with the Prevention of Corruption Act 1988, the Prevention of Money Laundering Act 2002, the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023 and every other anti-bribery, anti-corruption and anti-money-laundering law applicable to it, [and, where applicable: the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act 1977 and the United Kingdom Bribery Act 2010];
